I am writing this review THREE WHOLE MONTHS after Michele helped me purchase a home. Usually, I either write reviews as soon as they're relevant, or never at all, but Michele has made such a lasting impression on me that even after weeks of the hustle and bustle of renovating, updating, and moving, I promised myself that I would eventually write a glowing review for her. So here I am! Michele is a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and capable EXPERT in the real estate world. As a first time home buyer, she was able to kindly and skillfully guide me in a difficult seller's market, despite my unique buying situation. Especially if this is your first time buying a home, please consider Michele! She was constantly responsive, and I greatly valued her patience, thoroughness, and professionalism. She was engaging and was willing to teach me tips about what exactly makes a house a good home. I would recommend her services in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michele!!

Fred Harr went above and beyond in coaching us prior to putting our house on the market. He advised on decluttering, and made clear what we needed to do, and what wasn't necessary. He orchestrated a very successful open house, timing it perfectly to coordinate with our block party/ Run Around the Square. We had multiple offers, and were able to close quickly with a qualified buyer. We highly recommend Fred's professionalism and enthusiasm.
