I am writing this review THREE WHOLE MONTHS after Michele helped me purchase a home. Usually, I either write reviews as soon as they're relevant, or never at all, but Michele has made such a lasting impression on me that even after weeks of the hustle and bustle of renovating, updating, and moving, I promised myself that I would eventually write a glowing review for her. So here I am! Michele is a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and capable EXPERT in the real estate world. As a first time home buyer, she was able to kindly and skillfully guide me in a difficult seller's market, despite my unique buying situation. Especially if this is your first time buying a home, please consider Michele! She was constantly responsive, and I greatly valued her patience, thoroughness, and professionalism. She was engaging and was willing to teach me tips about what exactly makes a house a good home. I would recommend her services in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michele!!

I had read wonderful things about Piatt Sotheby’s and Michelle, so I called her to help me sell my house. Her professionalism, honesty, savvy, and caring attitude allowed me- a very nervous home seller- to be comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Always communicates regularly throughout the process with updates and responds almost immediately to any concerns I might have. I always knew she would run all decisions by me and give me the best advice. She worked very hard over those weeks and in the end negotiated a beautiful agreement that required minimal effort on my part. I walked away from the table with a nice size nest egg for my next house and a new friend.

Michele made our first home buying experience a great one!  She comes with an abundance of experience and knowledge that guided us through the process the entire time.  She was always reliable and timely- if we wanted to see a house that night/weekend, she made it happen, no matter what else she had going on!  Michele earned our trust quickly, as we could tell she wasn't just in it for the sale; she wanted to make sure we found a home that we loved, not one that we would settle for.  We really appreciated this since we were first time home buyers and we didn't feel as though she was trying to push us into buying anything just so she could get the sale.  This was very important to us - having a realtor that we could trust!  Michele was very patient with us- it took us over 8 months to find the right home.  When we drew up our first offer, she took us through the contract line-by-line making sure we understood everything.  When it comes to negotiating with the sellers, she is professional, but aggressive, which is a trait we need in this current multiple-offer market situation in Pittsburgh.  Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience with Michele- we would highly recommend her to anyone!
