Choosing Aimee for our realtor was an easy choice. She met us at our home, took a walk around let us know what could be done to our home to make it eye catching to a buyer. We finished up our basement, removed all personal items, painted, even redid some flooring. When it was time for us to start looking for our next home, again easy to work with. We would do “drive byes” and if we wanted to look at a home we just let Aimee know and she worked fast to get us there. That made her nervous, but she did her fiduciary warnings and let me roll with it. After I bought the house, she did the FaceTime with me during the inspection. As she virtually walked me through the house, she commented on the beautiful bits of the house and became excited with me. When she left the house, she checked out the town and told me about the nearby essentials and the beautiful neighborhood. Aimee is a great combination of business and personality. She guides you through the process with astute business and building sense and highlights the personal points to help you understand what makes a house a home. Aimee is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
