Excellent communicator and caring personality.

I was living in Nevada and buying a house in western Pennsylvania. I didn’t know the area, so I relied on Aimee’s knowledge of the area to guide me. After escarole and inspection of one house, I decided it wasn’t for me. When I apologized to Aimee about the decision she said it was no problem. She wants her clients to “love” their house. And I love the house I bought! She responded to my questions quickly and included all the information I needed without over-explaining. I had never bought a house before, so it was essential to have a kind guide. I bought MY house without doing a FaceTime view of it. That made her nervous, but she did her fiduciary warnings and let me roll with it. After I bought the house, she did the FaceTime with me during the inspection. As she virtually walked me through the house, she commented on the beautiful bits of the house and became excited with me. When she left the house, she checked out the town and told me about the nearby essentials and the beautiful neighborhood. Aimee is a great combination of business and personality. She guides you through the process with astute business and building sense and highlights the personal points to help you understand what makes a house a home. Aimee is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
