He quickly got a feel for what type of property I was looking for, and as we looked for properties his recommendations honed in on what I was looking for, even if I wasn't exactly sure what that was at the very beginning. His market knowledge, and experience was something I leveraged to make the best possible purchase of a property. He was able to offer insight into what the sellers were likely thinking, and his guidance helped to solidify suppositions I had about several properties and why they might not have been the wisest homes to purchase. Overall, he was an agent I would recommend to others when it comes to the purchase of a home and his insight in the market about how wise a purchase particular properties might be is something I would listen to.
