As a first-time homebuyer, I was clueless and nervous. Damon earned my trust from our very first call with his abundance of knowledge. During showings he spent a lot of time pointing out all the things, big and small, to pay close attention to when looking at older homes, and he gave me advice on whether they were things to have a specialist fix, or things that could be DIY projects to save money. He answered my hundreds of questions with patience and humor, and even gave me advice on specifics to ask my mortgage officer about. Damon listened to my search criteria and sent me homes that matched nearly perfectly. He never rushed me, on the contrary he would spend extra time on the phone with me making sure I understood every detail. When we found the right home and I was nervous about a couple issues found during the inspection, he went out of his way to meet specialists to get us quotes when I was out of town! Super nice guy.
