I worked with Kelly first to go under contract on a new house and then to sell mine as well. Despite multiple close date changes and other weird things, Kelly was great to work with and I feel confident that she made the whole process easier for me than it could have been. She communicated quickly and consistently, answered all my questions, and offered good support along the way. Happy to have found her by accident and already recommended her to a friend!

Kelly Raitano was a great agent for us selling a house in the Peters Township area. Kelly was always there to work with us throughout the Showing process. We had a number of unique accommodations regarding our pets and she was always professional and supportive of our requests. You would be hard to find a better agent that will work with you to get your house sold. We definitely recommend Kelly Raitano.

Kelly has handled multiple transactions for my company and has gone above and beyond to provide the advice and effort to get the transactions closed. She has always been focused on the best for her client regardless of what that means to her business, which really sets her apart from many agents. If you want an agent that acts truly in YOUR best interests, she should be the agent of choice.

Everything about our experience working with The Mark Ratti Team was first class. After the home inspection when there were a few issues the buyer wanted us to consider, it was helpful to have a calm and professional response. I think this gave us more confidence in the process. We were also very impressed by the pictures of our home, which gave a good impression of its appeal. We had a very positive opinion of The Mark Ratti Team.

Great Transaction. Very Professional. He worked hard to make transaction happen Found Buyer and put sell together. Got house sold. Top notch Realtor.

We interviewed several agents prior to hiring Mark. Mark was knowledgeable, experienced and patient- very patient! It took us a very long time to find our home. Mark answered our questions thoughtfully. He made himself readily available and was just simply an enjoyable person to work with. Thank you, Mark! And thank you to the Mark Ratti Team! You made this process seamless and easy.
