As I was looking to relocate to this area she was initially recommended by another realtor from York, Pennsylvania and I'm so thankful. She is a complete professional (obvious from the moment you meet her), and fully understands the real estate industry and further more takes the time to get to know her clients (I honestly feel she is a friend). First on the agenda was to identify the specifics I was looking for in a new home. She frequently offered suggestions and ideas to enhance the purchase of my home and made numerous suggestions for the presentation for the sale of my parents home. Her work ethic is second to none with tremendous communication skills. Tracy was prepared to take on any challenge we encountered and always provided a solution and path forward. I wish I could give more than five stars! We’ve worked with Tim a few times now—he helped our son buy his first home, helped us find our own home, and most recently helped us sell that home for way more than we expected. I I've had an amazing experience working with Tim he was referred to me by a friend and I have recommended him to multiple people myself. Very knowledgeable any question that my wife or I had he was able to give me an answer for if it was a very specialized type of question and he wasn't 100% sure he was able to get back to me usually within minutes. I could not ask for a more professional real estate agent he had always kept in touch with us no matter what if he wasn't able to answer the phone we were sure to get up text informing us that he was in the middle of something it would call us back in a few minutes within 10 to 20 minutes my phone was ringing. With all that being said I will definitely be spreading his name to as many people as I possibly can.
