He was always on top of paperwork and communication with my lender(s), builder, and lawyer, and was instrumental in getting me through a mini crisis near the end of the process. He represented Hall and Nixon Real Estate admirably and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for property or a home in the Elizabeth City area.

My wife and I genuinely felt cared for through the buying process. We walked into the market with anxiety, thinking all sorts of things. Todd helped alleviate a lot of stress and was very patient, even when we had setbacks. He never tried to push us to buy the bigger properties, but had them readily available if we ever wanted to consider the possibility. Flexible in his schedule for viewings, which was nice.
