Tracey knows the Uptown market very well (and probably other parts of the city too, but I'm speaking to my experience. She had great intuition about how to price the house and what improvements to have done to it before putting it on the market. She also has access to various craftsmen who were able to complete needed repairs well and at a reasonable price. AND she is super organized and functioned almost as a general contractor (we had moved out of town by the time we were selling our house). She also listens to her clients and is willing to be flexible in her approach depending on their finances and preferences. In short, she is fantastic and I can't recommend her highly enough.
