When viewing a house, she provided insight about each one and would notice things that would have gone unnoticed otherwise. She arranged for contractors and painters to meet at potential houses and has so many useful contacts! When we found a house we loved, Jennifer guided us through the offer letter and was an expert negotiator. Jennifer was always available if we had a pressing question. She is professional and personable. We are so happy we got her to help us during this process!
