Patrick is the best realtor I have ever came across and I have realtors in my family. We went through 5 realtors until we found Patrick, moving from out of state (half way across country) made it difficult for us to not only see the homes, but know the areas. We had 1 month to find a home and buy it with a VA Loan, which made it even more challenging. Patrick worked around the clock, viewed several homes for us, took pictures when we found one we liked, and overall WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! He sifted through an estimated 150+ homes for us via online and some in person. Thanks to Patrick and his dedication to whole hardheartedly help us find, place offers, worked with Loan company, and even pre-inspection for us. We bought our first home in June 2016, with a little bit of everything we wanted (which was a lot, but with our loan budget/stipulations made the search difficult) and yet he did it. He even followed up with us 6 months after closing and moving in and I do not think anyone would make a 'business transaction' as personable as him. We will be using him again in 5 yrs when we are ready to buy our dream land/home and always recommend him to anyone who is on the hunt for a home.
