She is very knowledgeable about buying and selling real estate, intelligent, dedicated, exceptionally responsive, and always cheerful. She gave outstanding customer service and always made us feel like we were her number one clients. I frequently sent emails and text messages after normal hours and she always responded promptly (even on her days off). She not only handled the negotiations and sale for us but lined us up with need repair companies for various things we had to take care of. Ashley sold our house for us in Sandy and gave us much appreciated technical advice on a replacement home we were purchasing with a different Realtor in Southern Oregon. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ashley.
