Emmy was our first ever realtor and woweee, we lucked out. She did a killer job teaching us newbies about the ins and outs of buying a house. She was readily available and quick to act when we had a need arise. She gave us helpful advice around factors to consider with each house we saw. She supported us in finding a better fit in a lender when we were feeling confused and stressed. She was attentive to us as people and our home preferences and did a great job anticipating our needs. Emmy is also just a sweet and caring person whose bubbly vibe made the process less daunting overall. I'd definitely recommend Emmy to anyone looking to buy a home in Portland!

I had such a positive experience as a first time homebuyer with Emmy as my agent! It can be an extremely stressful thing to do alone, but she made the whole process very easy and simple from start to finish. Emmy was always readily available for any questions I had throughout the entire homebuying process, and always went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood what was going on. She explained disclosures, adendums, agreements, and any other legal paperwork regarding the purchase process in great detail, which made me always feel supported and seen. I can't thank her enough for such a memorable and positive experience!

Daniel is an extremely strong communicator that sought first to understand our needs first and foremost. He's a real caring and thoughtful person that did everything in his power to take care of us, and we felt he accomplished this exceptionally well. It was so nice to have someone like him take care of us through every step of the process, especially as first-time home buyers. We are quite tuned with the housing market and Daniel masterfully filled in the gaps for us. His negotiation skills and professionalism are exceptional and bar his deep empathy and kindness, are his greatest assets. We've been raving about our experience with him to all of our friends and family and have already referred him to them for their home-buying adventure so sorry if this is a public review space, but you might have to wait until Daniel is available to hire him as your realtor.

Daniel has successfully sold two of our homes very quickly. We appreciate how personable he is while also maintaining a professional presence. He is an amazing communicator, keeping us informed while not swamping us with unnecessary information. He is knowledgeable about the market, aiding us in pricing the house right. He was there for every speed bump we encountered, with resources and guidance. I highly recommend and appreciate Daniel as the fantastic agent he is.

This is our third time working with Daniel. We've purchased two homes with him and sold one. Every experience has been outstanding. His knowledge of the market is exceptional, he is personable, easy to work with and an effective communicator. Daniel will always be our go-to for all real estate matters. We would recommend him in a heartbeat!
