I had such a positive experience as a first time homebuyer with Emmy as my agent! It can be an extremely stressful thing to do alone, but she made the whole process very easy and simple from start to finish. Emmy was always readily available for any questions I had throughout the entire homebuying process, and always went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood what was going on. She explained disclosures, adendums, agreements, and any other legal paperwork regarding the purchase process in great detail, which made me always feel supported and seen.
