Throughout the entire buying process, our realtor, Richard, provided all information as it became available along with professional insight into the many stages of a purchase we didn't fully understand. Not only is Richard's prowess as a purchase agent obvious, but his knowledge of different deal structures and negotiation is apparent, particularly as we peppered him with the many queries of an anxious buyer! From initial offer right up until closing, he was there to answer any questions at any time. Moreover, Richard's patience above all else stands apart. His calm and professional demeanor, increasingly rare in a blistering market chock full of wheeler-dealers, and obvious care for our long term success and happiness made him an absolute blessing and joy to work with. Five out of Five. Would highly recommend!!!
