Derek sold the house I just renovated, went well, no suprise in this market. Where Derek really shined was in helping me to buy the next project. This was a tough house to get in to see and Derek was on top of the listing agent to get us in the house. We had to act quick to get the offer in (cash). Derek worked late into the night to get the offer written up and was very focused on all the details. After all that I lost sleep over the amount I was offering and called Derek early the next morning to change the price I was offering. Derek jumped on it, had to rewrite the whole offer and got it done. I ende up not getting the property but I had the best shot at it with Derek. He is very knowledgeable on all the options. He also was very thourough with comps to support my offer.
