Kat didn’t mess around telling me how good and knowledgeable she was at her job, she showed me with her actions, attention to detail. Raymond was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. I told him what I wanted and that is exactly what he found me. He didn't waste my time showing me houses that wasn't on my criteria list. He knew right away when a house was not a good fit or when it was a good fit. He had my back through the whole process I've been working with him for about a year.
