Kat didn’t mess around telling me how good and knowledgeable she was at her job, she showed me with her actions, attention to detail. Kat treated everyone involved with respect, but pushed back when needed. My house still needed some work and Kat did the math for me including my time helping me make the best decision. I ended up selling to a nice couple with three young children and the Mom absolutely loved the idea of raising their children in the house I grew up in. They were retiring from the military and that would have made my Dad very happy. Some people walk into your life and when you move on you never have another thought about them. Then there’s people like Kat. She walked into my life when I needed help selling while dealing with my Dad passing away and helped bring a calm during what had been difficult until she showed up. I won’t forget it and if anyone ever calls me needing a fantastic person who happens to be very good at her job, I will hand them Kat’s number and let them know they will be in great hands.
