Kat was amazing from start to finish. I live out of town. She met me at the hotel, early morning and took care of everything! While it was on market, she even went a shut off out water from a water leak (50 miles out of her way and spiders to contend with!!). Our house sold quickly because of her hard work, outstanding network and vast wealth of real estate professionalism! I have never had a realtor become part of our family, but she's in for sure! Kat didn’t mess around telling me how good and knowledgeable she was at her job, she showed me with her actions, attention to detail. Kat treated everyone involved with respect, but pushed back when needed. My house still needed some work and Kat did the math for me including my time helping me make the best decision. I ended up selling to a nice couple with three young children and the Mom absolutely loved the idea of raising their children in the house I grew up in. They were retiring from the military and that would have made my Dad very happy. Some people walk into your life and when you move on you never have another thought about them. Kat did an amazing job for us. She is SO knowledgeable and so tuned in, anticipating needs we didn't even know we had. In negotiating two contracts (one which we pulled out of due to the home inspection showing a major problem with the foundation), her understanding of the legalities was critical. But more important was her understanding of our personal needs and preferences in finding the home we did buy and love. There were a lot of choices and she found a perfect fit without us looking at a lot of properties that we wouldn't even consider. Another strength she brought to the purchase was that she recommended superb people for various tasks that we needed to complete both before the purchase (such as the inspector) and after (various service companies). We couldn't have asked for, or even imagined, a better realtor.
