I packed my Suburban, left my house and everything in it, and I moved to Florida. I did nothing to empty the house or ready it for sale. The Davey-Bishop Team came and looked. They said they understood what was needed to ready my home for sale, and that they would handle everything - and they did. They communicated everything to me before any actions were taken. They enlisted and orchestrated everyone and everything that needed to be done, and in my case, that meant clearing everything out of the house, installing new carpet and paint, major construction repairs in the garage, all the gardening, landscaping, and irrigation, and repairs to the outside of the house. Kim Bishop was my realtor. I learned through the contractor that Kim had made trips to the house to put in extra work on her own where she felt it would improve the sale and give the house something extra that a new owner would appreciate. They staged the house with the perfect touch and decor. It was phenomenal. The house looked 100 times better than when I lived in it for nearly 5 years. She advised where advice was wanted, and she made suggestions based on her experience of the Central Oregon market. Her instincts and suggestions were right on the money. I couldn't be more happy and more satisfied with the sale and with how much value Kim added to the whole process. Thank you Kim, so much, for everything.
