The signing of the offer was seamless with her walking me through it, even though I was on the road at a remote location. When the walk-through inspection was done a problem was found. Dana found a subcontractor to solve the problem. She coordinated with them and with me for the authorization of the work and for the payment. Dana also coordinated with the Title Company to make sure everything was in order for the closing to be done electronically making sure I had all the paperwork I needed. Dana is competent and pays attention to all the details that make the sale of a house easy. She got two offers for me on the first day in a difficult market.
