Amy is familiar with the area and spent a lot of extra time finding out the answers to our questions about the neighborhood, the history of the house, specifics about all the appliances, sheds, septic, etc. She did a virtual tour so we felt like we had walked through the house, yard, shed, acreage, closets, and so forth.
