Buying a house long distance

Amy is great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We bought this house in Cave Junction sight unseen! Amy is familiar with the area and spent a lot of extra time finding out the answers to our questions about the neighborhood, the history of the house, specifics about all the appliances, sheds, septic, etc. She did a virtual tour so we felt like we had walked through the house, yard, shed, acreage, closets, and so forth. When we had questions, she returned our call quickly. She also gave us recommendations of companies we might want to work with for carpeting, carpentry, and local stores. Since the sale Amy has been in touch several times to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. Anyone working with Amy will have a great experience!
