Buying a home without actually seeing it is a little spooky. Some would call it dumb... we think we are adventurous! Choosing Jill DeLoach was the perfect choice. Jill enthusiastically did multiple showings with us via FaceTime. Once we chose a home, she met with the inspectors and appraiser and FaceTime'd us then as well so we could ask questions in real time. We just closed on our future retirement home (We call it our UP house... hope you've seen the movie!) Jill was super responsive and helpful in all aspects of the deal. We highly recommend Jill and the Mary Gilbert team!

Jill was wonderful from start to end. Very willing to take calls and talk minute details with patience for those of us who don’t understand the ins-and-outs of the real estate world industry. She kept us on schedule and made sure that all of our appointments were kept and that the process from going live to closing the sale were smooth for us on our end. Never did we feel that we were out of the loop and pertinent information was always easily relayed to us in an understandable manner. Jill made everything easy and we would recommend her without a second thought. Full marks!
