Andrea is exceptional! As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what to expect or what was involved. I felt supported every step of the way with her patience, kindness, humor, and expertise. Her invaluable insight on the current market in all my preferred areas and strong negotiation skills helped me find a home I love. After closing, shes still providing support with a list of qualified contractors and resources for anything I may need. I loved working with Andrea, and you will too! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

We had the pleasure of working with Katcina during our recent first-time home-buying journey, and from start to finish it was a truly outstanding experience. Katcina is extremely professional and has a deep understanding of the real estate market as well as connections to related useful industries. Because of this, she is able to advise on a number of different topics which really helped guide us as first-time home buyers. Katcina had great communication and was always ready to advocate for us as buyers. She was also transparent with use about the realities of the different options we had available. Even after close, Katcina went out of her way to make sure we were able to get settled in our new home. I cannot recommend Katcina highly enough, we are forever grateful to her!
