I have sold two houses and bought one with Janell. I have also recommended her to all my friends. It's so hard to know who to choose to help you. I feel word of mouth from satisfied clients is always the best. In my opinion, you will not find a better realtor in all of Salem, no, make that all of the Willamette Valley. She is knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, friendly, pleasant and most important, gets the job done right! I feel fortunate to have stumbled across her while house hunting one day and have been with her ever since. Call her!

We had the pleasure of working with Katcina during our recent first-time home-buying journey, and from start to finish it was a truly outstanding experience. Katcina is extremely professional and has a deep understanding of the real estate market as well as connections to related useful industries. Because of this, she is able to advise on a number of different topics which really helped guide us as first-time home buyers. Katcina had great communication and was always ready to advocate for us as buyers. She was also transparent with use about the realities of the different options we had available. Even after close, Katcina went out of her way to make sure we were able to get settled in our new home. I cannot recommend Katcina highly enough, we are forever grateful to her!

I met Tom about 2-3 years ago when I just started looking around for my parents if they decide move to Oregon to be closer to us. Throughout the last couple of years, Tom has shown me a few homes here and there. Then my parents finally moved to Oregon Sept of this year, but the market has turned into a crazy strong seller's market. It was almost impossible to find anything that we want within our price range. We got outbid on a few homes. However, Tom continues to work hard to help us search for my parents' perfect home. And after months of searching and competing with other buyers, we are able to find the perfect home. Tom isn't just an agent trying to close a deal, he was really in it to help my parents find that dream home for my parents. Tom is very knowledge, patient, and very top of things. There have been many late-night calls, text, and weekends when we want to see something that just popped up on the market right away. Tom has a such warm heart, and always puts on a great smile every time we see him. Tom will be the agent I will use for all real estate deals!!
