She is incredibly knowledgeable and will take the time to understand and address all of your concerns, in addition to explaining any complex concepts that pop up along the way. When she doesn't know the answer, she takes the times the find out for you. While Shannon sells throughout all of the Portland metro area, she has turned herself into a relocation expert for West Linn. Since we settled there from out of state, we were so appreciative of her insider tips and social media posts highlighting all of the events in the area and spotlighting local businesses. Shannon is very responsive to messages and present throughout all stages of the process.
