Whether the challenges were imposed (e.g., lender delays) or self-inflicted (e.g., changing my mind about the desirability of one home vs. another) Jeremy and I always found a way to keep moving forward. We navigated many obstacles; but I never regretted our decisions. BTW, this was all done remotely (the purchase is in Portland; I am in San Francisco). Jeremy worked with me by phone/email/text, and with my adult children, my proxies in Portland, onsite . This could have been a communications nightmare. But no, it worked seamlessly. Very impressed with Jeremy's mastery of modern/online resources. Best of all, working with Jeremy was fun.
