He was tremendous as the listing agent, guided us through the sales process (we had been in our house 42 years) and made it a comfortable experience, selected an outstanding photographer which added to an excellent first impression of our home! The first folks who saw our home bought it! He anticipated and responded to every hurdle that arose. We highly recommend Jason if you are going to list or sell your home as he is honest and forthright. We couldn't have picked a better realtor!

I don't typically write reviews, but Barry is deserving of all five of these stars. For me, Trust is my #1 priority when finding the right agent and Barry has mine. As an out-of-town buyer, it was comforting to know that Barry had our back the whole time. He's knowledgeable, informative, and even educational. I learned something new with each house we toured. Barry is also incredibly thoughtful and responsive. He will do what's needed to make sure you know you have a partner throughout the whole home-buying process. Our family couldn't be happier with the level of service and care that Barry delivered.

We have worked with Michele on the purchase of two homes in the last 6 years. With the purchase on our first house, it was a year long journey where we landed a great house, for a great price at the right time. While it was a long journey, visiting a TON of houses, we closed quick and moved in just in time to welcome the birth of our first child. With our second home, we went to an open house not ready to move at all. After seeing it, we called Michele to HELP US GET THE HOUSE!!! It was 4th of July weekend, Michele was on vacation, and worked to get us an offer ready and submitted. IT WAS ACCEPTED! But now we had to sell our house! With the additional expertise of Michele, we got our house on the market in less than a week, and sold in the first 48 hours (above asking, all cash). The staging of the house was fantastic, and thanks to Michele and Deb, not only was the house staged, but we also had our house packed and ready to move. Closing on our new place, and the work it took to negotiate to get things to where they needed to be was not easy, but we landed in a fantastic spot. There is not an option to select the multiple services Michele gave. She helped us buy our house, sell our old house.
