We have worked with Michele on the purchase of two homes in the last 6 years. With the purchase on our first house, it was a year long journey where we landed a great house, for a great price at the right time. While it was a long journey, visiting a TON of houses, we closed quick and moved in just in time to welcome the birth of our first child. It was 4th of July weekend, Michele was on vacation, and worked to get us an offer ready and submitted. IT WAS ACCEPTED! But now we had to sell our house! With the additional expertise of Michele, we got our house on the market in less than a week, and sold in the first 48 hours (above asking, all cash). The staging of the house was fantastic, and thanks to Michele and Deb, not only was the house staged, but we also had our house packed and ready to move. Closing on our new place, and the work it took to negotiate to get things to where they needed to be was not easy, but we landed in a fantastic spot. There is not an option to select the multiple services Michele gave. She helped us buy our house, sell our old house.
