Mathew is a great real estate agent. We were first time homes buyers and he was very patient with us through the whole process. Never felt rushed. He was completely ok to show numerous houses and there was no pressure to put offers on them. Another good thing about him is that like other agents, he does not make you put higher and higher offers. This was a huge relief as we had another agent before, who kept pushing us, but not Mathew. We even had to back track a bit after making offers due to inspection finding issues and he was VERY helpful through the difficult process and also got our earnest money back. I would highly recommend him to buy your next home :)

Tracy took on an older house we'd purchased as a flip. She and her design partner, Roger, made all the decisions on new baths and kitchens, new flooring, paint, cabinets/countertops and colors. We were so happy with their work and the house sold on the first weekend of its debut open house. Tracy and Roger were also very enjoyable to work with and we hold them and their beautiful work in high regard.
