Wendy was amazing! She had an excellent understanding of pricing in the neighborhood, which in turn made us more money than I think we could have got with another real estate agent. Wendy responded to our request almost immediately after we sent them. My wife and I have two kids and both work, so we were on restrictive schedules. Wendy always made time for us and made our tight schedules work. She gave us suggestions on how to stage our home and I believe they paid off. After we got into contract, she had a number of contacts to make everything go smoothly.
