We sold our home in the middle of a challenging family transition—Trish’s help really eased the burden and also got us a great price for our home! She was confident, patient and positive through the whole process. Recognizing we had a lot of other things on our plate, she arranged help with cleaning and moving furniture to prepare for our open house. Her attention to detail and knowledge of what set our home apart from some comparables in the area helped us get multiple offers over asking price. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
