Before buying the new house I worked with her in selling a home in the Warrenton area in which the house sold in 2 days and above the asking price. We viewed many houses before finding the one I chose. Her knowledge of construction was very helpful in pointing out some of the deficiencies in some of the homes that would have required much time and money to correct.
