Thanks to my agent Liz being hands on throughout this process I was able to close in time to accommodate a very tight logistical window: renting my house in Miami, moving out, and closing on the condo move in day. What a feat!!! This was my first experience with a condo purchase and she walked me through the process with patience and professionalism. She put me in touch with a reputable mortgage lender which saved me time as well. She knows the greater Orlando area and was able to steer me in the right direction to suit my very specific needs. Answered every call and text and helped with virtual showings when I could not be in town and was proactive with Seller’s agent on key questions. I would highly recommend her to support with sale, purchase or rental of any property. I LOVE MY REALTOR!
