Thanks to my agent Liz being hands on throughout this process I was able to close in time to accommodate a very tight logistical window: renting my house in Miami, moving out, and closing on the condo move in day. What a feat!!! This was my first experience with a condo purchase and she walked me through the process with patience and professionalism.
