My family was getting larger, i needed more space and I was really nervous about purchasing my next home. I didn't think it would be possible with me and my wife's busy schedule, nor did i believe I would be able to afford the home i wanted With with the budget I gave. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted but it was more than I could ever dream of. Sarah helped me and my wife move into our dream home , the process was extremely easy . Sarah was very friendly and helpful. She was there to answer any questions day or night, anything we were confused about. Sarah was there help re assure and comfort us when we were getting discouraged and scared. I highly recommend sarah, she was awesome and if I ever need to move again I will definitely be giving her a call.

The level of professionalism and quality of service as well as to mention Superior listing. Our house was listed for sale on a Friday. With an open house that she performed that weekend. By Monday afternoon we had two offers by the end of the week we had four offers and we were under contract in less than 6 days of listing the house. She was there every step of the way guiding us through the process. She was there for every need that we required. Gave excellent advice prior to listing and during. We strongly recommend using Nakoma for the listing of your property or land. You will not be disappointed in the quality of service you will receive. Her negotiating skills for Superior to anything that I've ever experienced before. We couldn't be any more happier with the outcome of the selling of this house. It was definitely a bittersweet ending to move on from this house on to the next as she also helped us in our purchase of our next home. Our deepest gratitude to her and her team at iron valley. Thank you to Nakoma and her team for making our dreams come true.
