Octavias was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive during the entire process, from gathering information about the property, listing with photos and details, to walking me through the paperwork. All of these activities were accomplished by proxy and electronically via email and internet applications, which could generate uncertainty, but Octavias made the experience easy.
