I was referred to Jared by an agent who had helped me with both a purchase and a sale in a different market, but never actually met him in person. Despite this, I felt like I was getting white glove concierge service every step of the way. He explained everything in detail, worked with my local "ground team" as if I were there in person, called me regularly during times he knew worked for me, included me on every email, and gave me insights into market conditions that eventually allowed me to buy a property at the top of my list below what I was expecting to pay. He also personally arranged to meet with contractors to get bids to correct items from the home inspection since I couldn't be there to do it myself and wrote up a detailed summary that has helped me decide how to proceed with the few things that need to be done. I can't imagine a smoother buying experience, especially if someone (or everyone!) on your buying team is out of town for all or part of the period you are in the market for a house. Jared will take care of you through every step of the process and you will always know what is happening, regardless of whether you prefer to work by phone, text, or email. Oh, and lest I neglect to mention it, you get the added bonus of his cheerful accent, which makes you always imagine he is smiling, even when you read his texts and emails. :-)
