Diego and I met by chance, as I was starting to seriously look at housing, but had no real timeline, just that I was interested and the time seemed right. He had no issue with this and we stared communicating and looking at and visiting places on and off for the next 5-6 months before running into something that I wanted to offer on. Over that time he was always willing to answer my many and varied questions about the whole process and details surrounding it. Once in the process of purchasing began he stayed on top of things, communicating with me and all the other parties involved, again explaining things along the way, and offering suggestions as it pertained to what was happening. He has continued to be of assistance after closing with some work I needed done and things here and there. An all around lovely person to work with.
