After the first offer, i was notified of it but had to wait several days to receive it. Had to ask for it. All went smoothly then. At times would have been open to more info from her. Tried to assist with even doing videos of start up of water, installing pier and etc. Did not hear any comment concerning these. Like did buyer receive them ???
