Matt made this first time home buying experience with our daughter a much less scary process than I anticipated! He was always available and responded quickly. He listened to our wants and needs and communicated with the seller and our lender so effectively. After the sale was final, our daughter received a card and plant as a congratulatory housewarming gift. Such a wonderful, personal touch! Even a few months later, when something came up and we needed to use our home warranty (that he encouraged us to get), he was quick to provide us the necessary information and make sure we were taken care of. We are so thankful for Matt!
