Wil was knowledgeable, informative, and reassuring. He knew, and communicated it clearly to me, what needed to be done to the house, how much to list it for and how quickly we should get it on the market to help me with my sale situation. He checked in every few days until the house was ready for professional pictures. Then had an excellent professional come in and take photos for the website and wrote up a very worthy description to attract viewers. He kept me informed weekly of the number of visitors to the site and all persons who called and inquired in the house or anyone who scheduled a tour. Due to the area I lived in, it took longer than I would have liked to sell my home, but Wil stuck with it and continued to market it until we found the right buyer. He also helped me purchase a house when mine sold! I was just as pleased with that process as the sales process!!! In the future I will recommend him to family and friends if they are in the market to buy or sell. As well as use him myself if I am ever in the market again for any reason myself.
