Sally, as I feel I can call her by her first name, has become a dear friend through the sell of our home. I was very apprehensive about having someone come in our home and look it over simply because we had two other real estate agents from another company come in at an earlier time who virtually left me in tears. We were going to just sell it ourselves after the way we were treated in our own home by these two people. We knew our home needed work, but it wasn't a "dump" as these two realtors had insinuated. I felt just terrible after they left, but come to find out they wanted to buy our house and resell it for a profit. We knew we didn't have enough knowledge or time to sell our own home so we turned to Randy Saunier with First Realty and he sent an angel to us, Sally Roberts. She made us feel so at ease. She explained everything to us and every time we had a question and we did have a few, she would answer her phone or text us back asap. She was very professional and we felt like she was really working for us to get us the very best deal possible and that's just what she did. From the moment she walked into our home, I felt as if I found a friend for life. Thank you Sally for all your hard work and for getting our home sold in less than a month.

Vickie was by far the best agent we have ever used! She is very personable and easy to converse with, which can sometimes be hard to find in an agent. Vickie made herself available to show us homes on very short notice and even got us worked back in to see one of them for a second time. She did an excellent job negotiating our offers and communicating with us throughout the whole process as we anxiously waited to see if we'd gotten the house. She was right by our side throughout the entire process, making it all very smooth with little stress! 10/10 recommend Vickie and would use her time and time again!
