We’ve worked with Kimm twice now, and she’s been fantastic! She went the extra mile and will definitely be our go-to person for all things real estate and property moving forward. Plus, we’ve made a great friend along the way. In our first deal, we had multiple people that needed to sign off on the sale, and Kimm kept everyone in the loop, both individually and as a group. Balancing the group was a bit tricky, but Kimm handled it all with grace—she closed the sale on time and at a price everyone was happy with. Our second deal was buying our forever home. It was a tricky sale with multiple parcels and much work to be done. Kimm handled all the challenges without a hitch—again, she closed the purchase on time and for less than we initially thought we’d pay.
