From start to finish Kara and Abby and the Folkin team were present. They protected my interest as their client. My situation was unique in that they also represented the seller. When I say that they kept everything professional and aligned that was absolutely the case. Being that this was my first time purchasing a business and having to meet SBA requirements, their team did their research. They coordinated meetings and communicated with all parties. I don’t think we would have reached the finish line if it wasn’t for their attentiveness. Truly appreciate them and I’m very grateful! I would highly recommend them for any future real estate needs!
