Kara was proactive from day one. She was warm and supportive even though we were doing serious business. She listened well to my concerns and offered options and wisdom. She was very accessible and quickly responded to my texts and calls. She went above and beyond to provide resources when repairs were needed on my home. She was a strong advocate for me as the seller. She was very careful to make sure that all paperwork was absolutely correct. When she traveled out of town, she had a team of people in place to continue to provide excellent support and checked in daily to make sure there were no concerns. She was incredibly professional in working through details of the sale process and made it very clear any actions I was to compete. I feel most fortunate to have crossed her path at a very critical time in my live.
