I was crazy hours and she was available at all times of day either via text, email or phone call despite handling myltiple clients at hand, I never felt like one of many. Mostly it is the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she brings that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. Everyone she brought into the process --inspectors, structural engineer, title company-- were wonderful and just as knowledgeable. Had issues with the bank with closing being pushed back multiple times, due to a mess with paperwork. She went to bat for me, on the phone with bank managers and fight for me to close sooner and kero the settle happy. After the home was bought, Jennifer still follows up to make sure everything is going well and has another bank of resourses for you to help settle into the home.
