Nanncy was extremely helpful with helping me look for my first house. I was in the process of either looking for another apartment or getting a house last minute. With only 1 month left on my lease she was able to quickly help me find a affordable house. She was always available with any questions I had and she was able to keep me informed through the entire process. She also gave her honest feedback on any houses she would not recommend. Of all the houses I looked at the one she picked was the one I selected. We also even found the right house within a 2 day timeframe which was extremely quick. I can say I am extremely happy with my experience.
When i was looking for a realtor i was referred by a friend about Kara Folkins. He mentioned that she will make you feel like her only client, and he was right! I spoke with Kara in late March and told her that I needed to sell two homes and buy one and the timeline I would like to be at.
