Ella directed us to an HVAC professional who took care of our needs very quickly. She also directed us to an electrical company that was very knowledgeable and skilled in their profession, taking care of our electrical needs in a timely manner. Ella handled negotiations with the sellers realtor and once again gave us wise advice. Ella seemed to know the Bartlesville market well as we were offered full asking price. We closed on the house in a little over a month of it going on the market. Ella has surrounded herself with good helpers which just makes her a better realtor.
